How To Improve Those Turns

Today I'm going to be helping you improve those pesky pirouettes (which are actually one of my favorite steps!).

1. Tummy Tuesday (And Monday, and Wednesday, and Thursday, and... well, you get the point)

*We have a certain student that pushes us to the maximum. We do a new and unique abs routine each day (there's an oxymoron for your Sunday), and we all do at least one turn better than our average after that, although our averages are becoming higher and higher with our workouts!*

2. Getting The Perfect Passe Position (Say that 5 times fast!)

*Whenever you have stretching time, whether that is in between barre and center or before/after class, spend at least 30 seconds on each side to work on forming that beautiful passe position. I know it seems like a lot, but the hard work really pays off!*

3. Working On Making Every Releve Your New Highest (Your only competition is yourself)

*I've lately been having trouble with staying up on my highest releve, even at the barre. The only way to improve is to keep pushing and fight for it!*

Hope you enjoyed! Remember to leave suggestions for future blogs. Feel free to ask me questions as well.
