Are you hungry after only two hours of dance class? Are you already starving halfway through rehearsal? If so, this is the post for you! Here are three recipes that are each guaranteed to last you for about 3 hours. For rehearsals or classes from 4-5 hours long, I would pick 2 of these delicious snacks. For classes or rehearsals longer than 6 hours, combine all 3 of these snacks or come up with your own. I would love to see them! Let's get into the post!

1. Apples and Peanut Butter

-spread peanut butter all over the inside of a plastic bag

-cut one apple into small slices

-put the slices into the bag

-squish apples around until fully covered

*This snack is great for when you're on-the-go! Just make sure no one at your studio has peanut allergies.*

2. Yogurt and Granola

-grab a flavored or non-flavored yogurt cup out of the refrigerator

-sprinkle some granola cereal onto it

*I prefer using granola cereal because it doesn't have as much sugar in it. For the yogurt, my first choice is the Publix fruit-on-the-bottom brand, but any yogurt works.*

3. Waffle and Almond Butter

-heat up a frozen waffle or bake your own

-spread almond butter on top

*Peanut butter also works for this. Fruit on the top is also very tasty and a good source of food for a long day.*

Hope you enjoyed! Remember to leave suggestions for future blogs. Feel free to ask me questions as well.
